THESE TERMS APPLY TO YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE calfurnph.com WEBSITE, ALL OTHER WEBSITES, MOBILE SITES, SERVICES, APPLICATIONS, PLATFORMS AND OTHER TOOLS WHERE THESE TERMS APPEAR OR ARE OTHERWISE REFERENCED, OR FOR WHICH NO SEPARATE TERMS ARE PROVIDED AS WELL AS TO YOUR VISITS TO OR INTERACTION WITH US IN OUR FACTORY OR PHYSICAL STORE OR ELSEWHERE (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SITE”). Calfurn Manufacturing Philippines, Inc. is a furniture manufacturer specializing in woven furniture and home accessories made of sustainably-sourced indigenous and local natural materials. These Terms and Conditions May Change
All orders from this website are considered final. Calfurnph.com will only process your order when your payment is validated and confirmed.
Payments may be made via Bank Deposit or via PayPal. Please make the deposit within 3 business days or your order will be forfeited. The proof of payment should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The client will be sent an email to confirm the receipt of the payment. Unsuccessful payments will lead to the cancellation of the order.
Upon confirmation of the payment, orders are available for pickup or shipping in 7 to 10 business days, unless otherwise specified. By default, all items are to be picked up at Calfurn’s Angeles City factory. Shipping and delivery fees are not included in the cost of the product and are to be shouldered by the client. Calfurn shall inform the client of the cost of the shipping/delivery fee once the order is confirmed.
Third-Party Delivery Service
Client may book their own delivery service. On such cases, Calfurn will consider the Third Party Delivery service as the client’s representative when the item is picked up from the factory. Damage to the items due to poor handling by the client or the Third-Party Delivery service will not warrant repair or replacement from Calfurn.
Quality and Warranty
Calfurn stands by the quality of its products. At each stage of production and up to the product is packed and delivered, Calfurn adheres to the highest quality standards and multiple quality checks are made. As such, Calfurn furniture items are covered with a one (1) year warranty for all factory defects. The warranty does not include the regular wear and tear from continuous usage by the client, exposure to natural elements including but not limited to rain, and natural calamities including but not limited to flooding and earthquakes. Should there be any quality issues, please send photos and a detailed description to email@example.com and our technical team will do an assessment of your claim. Decorative accessories are not included in the warranty.
Care and Maintenance
The client is fully responsible for the care, safekeeping, and maintenance of the products brought from Calfurn. For regular care and maintenance, wipe clean using a soft, dry cloth or dry brush. To protect the finish, do not apply harsh chemicals, abrasives or household cleaners. Spot clean cushion with a soft, damp cloth. Do not place items near open fire or high temperature appliances as this may cause the items to catch fire. It is also the client’s responsibility to child-proof any of their furniture and home decor pieces.
All online sales are strictly non-refundable.
Calfrun’s products mostly use natural fibers and materials and therefore some products may feel rough to the touch.
Some items may look weathered and grungy but only because this was the intention for the finish. There may be variations in color and finish between the actual item and the photograph, only because of the different brands of monitors and color settings and sometimes due to web browsers. Calfurn tries as much as possible to match the colors of the actual product versus the photographs, but the client understands that variations are inevitable and possible.
The client understands that items that have been backordered will entail a 90-day production lead time.
From time to time there may be information on our Site or in our catalog that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Calfurn reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you do not wish to continue your purchase after pricing or other information has been corrected, please contact us right away and we will work with you to cancel or return your order.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calfurn Mfg Phils., Inc. and its Affiliates from and against any and all claims, costs, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs) of any kind or nature, arising from or relating to, the use of any Calfurn product or any actual or alleged breach of these Terms by you or anyone using your account. If we assume the defense of such a matter, you will reasonably cooperate with us in such defense.
